Pre-ordering ensures you will receive the product you want at a guaranteed price which is usually 10-20% lower than the regular price of the item upon release. It will also protect you from product selling out before you get a chance to make it down to the store to purchase it. The benefit to Trilogy is that, through pre-orders, we are able to gauge the level of interest in a particular game or new release and bring in appropriate amounts of stock. It is virtually impossible (and bad business) to bring endless amounts of each and every new game or new release in the market today. Finally, through pre-ordering, and more specifically special ordering, you can request that Trilogy bring in items we would otherwise not stock or carry. What do I need to do to pre-order? When a customer places a pre-order, Trilogy in turn places that order with our distributor. We are then "locked in" for that amount of product. Therefore, to pre-order an item means pre-paying for it within the pre-order deadline stated below.
